Game and Fish Field Trip Nov. 2009

We had a great field trip to the Wyoming Game and Fish! We enjoyed looking at the life-size dioramas which had the different habitats animals from Wyoming live in. It reminded us of our small shoebox dioramas that we created after choosing our Wyoming animals. We did a scavenger hunt and found the different animals in their habitats. We also liked touching the animal furs.

We are SO excited to have our new pen pals from Miss Swing's first grade class in Worland, WY! We will be blogging and writing letters to them through out the school year. It should be a fun learning experience for all!

Bryant Honey field trip

The first graders dipped their fingers in the honey and got very sticky! They loved the taste of the sweet honey!
